The WWROF is interested in programs that enhance the development of radio operating skills. We will initiate some programs and will consider supporting or funding outside programs that we consider worthwhile. Here is a partial list of programs that the WWROF is planning to support in the coming years:
- Support for, and enhancements to log-submission/processing infrastructure
- Administer the Cabrillo log format specification
- Educational programs
- Support of Contest University
- Support for Webinars on topics of interest to Contesters
- Creation of a Contester’s Code of Ethics (CCE)
- Sponsor of World Wide Digi DX Contest (ww-digi.com)
- Development of wideband recording systems
- Contest Awards management
- Equipment donation program
- Young contesters
- Developing-country contesters
- Support for events such as the World Radiosport Team Championship (WRTC)
